1 About Team Fronx

Team Fronx is a community of Maruti Fronx owners and enthusiasts based in Kerala, India. We organise meetups, drives, and events, run an online store, and provide an online space for members to connect.

2 Membership & Eligibility

Membership is open to Fronx owners and enthusiasts. You agree to provide accurate information when joining and to keep your details up to date. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove membership at our discretion.

3 Use of the Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any unauthorised way. You may not use our content or platform for any illegal or harmful purpose.

4 Store Purchases & Orders

Purchases made through the Team Fronx store are also governed by our Sales & Return Policy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Returns, replacements, and refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as set out in our Sales & Return Policy.

5 Community Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Treat fellow members with respect and courtesy.
• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spam, or abusive behaviour.
• Not promote illegal activity or unsafe driving.
• Follow the guidance of organisers at meetups and events.

6 Events, Meetups & Drives

Participation in any Team Fronx event, meetup, or drive is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety, your vehicle, and obeying all traffic laws and regulations. Team Fronx and its organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or penalty arising from participation.

7 User Content

You are responsible for any content you share with the community. By sharing photos, messages, or other material, you grant Team Fronx permission to display and use it in connection with the community. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.

8 Intellectual Property

The Team Fronx name, logo, website content, and design are the property of Team Fronx and VORTIXA LABS. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission.

9 Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.
