This Sales & Return Policy applies to all merchandise purchased through the Team Fronx store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1 Overview
We sell official Team Fronx merchandise and ship across India. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and this policy explains how orders, shipping, returns, and refunds work.
2 Products & Pricing
We offer official Team Fronx merchandise such as apparel, stickers, and accessories. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), with any applicable taxes and shipping shown at checkout. We aim to display product details, colours, and availability accurately, but slight variations may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice.
3 Orders & Payment
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider — we do not store your card or banking details. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4 Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days, and delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details or by the courier.
5 Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
6 Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason that is not a fault on our side. To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
7 Refunds
If a returned item is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
8 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
9 Non-Returnable Items
Items are not eligible for return or refund if they have been used, washed, worn, altered, or are not in their original condition and packaging — unless they were damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
